• are looking for a mandatory internship as part of your studies (minimum 4–6 months)
• are currently enrolled in an active study program, ideally in communications, business administration, or a related field
• have a keen interest in project management and enjoy organizing tasks and timelines
• are a highly organized individual who thrives on attention to detail and reliability
• are fluent in both written and spoken English and German
• enjoy working collaboratively in an international team environment
• have an affinity for creative workflows, web, print, and social media
• are curious and eager to learn, especially about AI tools and new digital solutions
• support our Project Management team in planning and coordinating tasks and projects
• help coordinate budgets, timelines, and resources for various campaigns and events
• gain hands-on experience in organizing print productions, film and photo shoots
• contribute to ensuring smooth communication between clients and the creative team
• take part in team meetings and workshops, assisting in preparation and follow-ups
• Gain valuable insights into the fast-paced world of project management within a leading creative agency
