At zooom we recognize that everyone is different. Everyone has different needs. It doesn’t make sense to prescribe the same setup on everyone. As everyone is individual, we offer what’s best individually. It's based on the principal that we make our best efforts to create the perfect set-up for you, which aligns with the needs of your team.

We have moved to adapt with the changing work systems of the 25 plus years we have been in business. We offer five- or four-day weeks, flexible working hours and other solutions to make our employees as settled as possible.

Over 50% of our employees have a flexible working situation and have created their own schedule with careful coordination with their teams. And of course, we offer flexibility around worship and childcare, making it easier for our employees to live their lives around work.

As a family-owned company with an open-door policy, we’re not your average creative agency. Located on the fringes of the Austrian Alps, we derive inspiration from our surroundings. We don’t just communicate the adventurous lifestyle, we live it - because we're truly passionate about all things sports and imaging.

In Austria’s spectacular Salzkammergut region, our office in Fuschl am See provides all an outdoor lover could ever need; woodland walks before work, a lunchtime swim in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Fuschl, or evening adventures in the local mountains. Take your pick - Fuschl has it all! We even have our own BMX track and an in-house climbing wall.

However, it’s not just outdoor sports that make our Austrian office so special. Based just outside of Salzburg, our Fuschl headquarters is both easy to reach and well connected to the whole of Europe.
