WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU ...
• have completed a commercial education (HAK, HBLA, HLW, etc.)
• are proficient with MS Office
• are fluent in spoken and written German and English
• have good attention to detail, fine organizational skills, and a result-oriented approach to work
• are a skilled negotiator and promote cooperation between yourself, other teams, and external parties
• are willing to take on responsibility
• are outgoing and enjoy working in a team
• are flexible, motivated and passionate
• have a loyal personality and hands-on mentality
• have good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• have experience with front and back-office, as well as human resources
• are interested in a long-term full-time employment at our agency in Fuschl am See, Austria
For the following tasks...
- Independent and proactive handling of administrative and organizational tasks in front and back office, such as:
- Correspondence and scheduling management
- Commercial and organizational support of our teams in projects and day-to-day business
- Welcoming and hosting guests
- Receiving and forwarding phone calls
- Various courier trips
- Handling logistics processes in the field of international shipping
- Ongoing data management
- Fleet management
- Support in Human Resources and Recruiting:
- Application management
- Coordination of interview appointments
- Direct contact and exchange with applicants
- Travel management:
- Organizing business trips worldwide
- Actively contributing to diverse topics and projects in the field of organizational and personnel development
- Close cooperation with management and various departments
Your Journey
INTERNSHIP
Join us for several months as part of your studies and learn on the job working in one of the teams. It could be in design, events or communications. It’s a great chance to gain valuable experience.
JUNIOR
Your first step on the career ladder! This is the entry position for graduates looking to get started. You’ll be working on big projects right from the start and learning fast as you progress.
PRO
This is where the magic happens. You could be an account manager, graphic designer, videographer. You already have some experience and now you’re working directly with our global sports, lifestyle and photography clients.
SENIOR
You’re a great motivator and thrive on taking the lead, driving projects through from concept to completion, giving direction and sharing knowledge, while developing your own experience.
LEAD
Now is the time to help shape creative and strategic vision, for example as Art Director, Head of Communications or Content Creation. You’re already an experienced leader, full of ideas and ready to take on full responsibility.
TEAM LEAD
The most senior leadership role – you’ll be working directly with the CEO, leading and managing a department and working on budgets, planning, strategy development, business opportunities and human resources.
