Introducing 360° flow trails in Kitzbühel & Kirchberg
New Partnership with legendary mountain area
Safe to say, you’ve probably heard of the mountain areas of Kitzbühel and Kirchberg. These picturesque mountain towns are famous around the world for their stunning alpine villages, world-class infrastructure, and the legendary Streif on the Hahnenkamm. What fewer people are aware of is that in summer, skiers and snowboarders are replaced by mountain bikers who navigate through the diverse landscapes of the region at their own pace, enjoying the flow of the trails. The Bike ARGE approached us to rebrand their existing bike trail offerings, previously known as Kitzbike, into one cohesive brand that represents all parties involved.
Feeling the flow
We set to work, really digging deep into the subject of mountain biking. First, we had to define which direction to take the brand. The market in Austria is saturated with high-octane bike parks which cater for the adrenaline seekers and world-class bikers on the World Cup circuit. For the brand we envisioned a different direction. We based part of the brand equity on the values of “Freude, Freiheit, Flow”, translating to fun, freedom and flow. From here we devised the name 360° Flow Trails to encompass the whole area’s panoramic offering of biking options.
We focused on the concept of flow and the circle of panoramic experiences, which is also reflected in the logo design. For the colors we developed shades of green represent the rolling hills of the Kitzbüheler Alps where the 360° Flow Trails are situated. The color palette is accented by the ‘Tyrolean Red”.
